Do you own the land?

Are there monthly association dues?
Yes, there are monthly dues which range from $95 to $124.

What is included in the monthly dues?
The monthly dues include lawncare, snowplowing, insurance on common areas, reserve for replacement of exterior components.

Do the fees include a membership in the golf course?
No, the golf course is a public course. Any membership to the public course would be paid separately.

When will the front nine holes of the course be completed?
The front nine is completed and ready for play.

When will the clubhouse be completed?
The clubhouse is now open.

How long will it take for the entire project to be completed?
The entire project has an estimated completion date of 10-12 years.
