The construction of the golf course will commence with the start of the development of the housing sites with the completion of the front 9, and the back 9 is currently under construction. The golf course will be open to the public, with some benefits of use to the residents of the community. Bloodgood-Sharp-Buster, Land Planners and Architects, being recognized nationally for their golf community design, completed the layout for the course. The view of Lake Erie and the peninsula from many holes on the golf course and some areas of the community are spectacular.
